August 1st Weekly Calendar


Blink. It's August. We are planning our last family getaways and putting fall schedules in the calendar. Believe it or not, the dog days of summer are upon us.



I have new workouts planned for September and challenges for all levels.


This week's calendar is made up of 4 videos. All 25 min or less.

Day 1: (INT CH) #12 25 min Take it Up a Notch.



Day 2: (INT CH) #13 20 min Complete Failure.



Day 3: #14 10 min Defined Arms
