HUMP DAY

Today marks day 15 of the 30 Day Challenge. Tomorrow, CORE CHALLENGE #4 will be live and ready for you to conquer. This is a reminder that with my BARRE workouts the method involves consistency. The reasoning behind the 30 Day Challenges is simple. They are short workouts that can be accomplished most days. So even if you are not doing a full BARRE workout most days, you are consistently hitting "play" to get your challenge video done.

Given the state of our country, I know many of you are home with school aged kids and being pulled in a million directions. I had an "enlightening" first day of distance learning with my kids that I thought I had planned well for. I only discovered I went in to full on survival mode halfway through the morning.


TODAY WILL BE BETTER.
