This is the final week of the Spring Challenge! All 4 videos remaining are total body videos that will give you an all over burn.

Day 2: #14 SC 25 min MUSCLE MADNESS TOTAL BODY
Day 3: #15 SC 15 min MUSCLE MADNESS TOTAL BODY
Day 4: #16 SC 20 min MUSCLE MADNESS TOTAL BODY
The last 4 videos are my favorite of the entire challenge. The really push you to find your inner barre strength!
I will continue with the weekly workout calendar in May. The next new challenge will be this fall, as I am busy creating and videoing all the content as we speak. It's going to be the best one to date!
